- Citrus fruit
- Fish and shellfish
- Nuts and nut butters (such as peanut butter and cashew butter)
- Salt, sugar or caffeine
- Honey and unpasteurised dairy products
- Cow's milk, goat's milk and soy milk
- Biscuits, chocolate and sweets
Choking hazards
- Popcorn
- Nuts
- Peanut butter and other nut butters (if eaten with a spoon or spread thickly)
- Small, hard candy
- Grapes
