Ingredients:

  • large chicken breast (diced)
  • 2 potatoes (peeled and diced)
  • 1 - 2 cups water
  • 1 chicken stock cube (optional)
  • 1 can creamed corn (440g)

Method:

Place all ingredients in a large saucepan.

Bring to boil and then simmer until chicken cooked through and potatoes tender.

Blend. Suitable to freeze small portions.
