Ingredients:

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 chicken breast
  • 1/4 cup rice
  • 3 carrots, peeled and sliced
  • 120g green beans, whole

Method:

Add water, chicken and rice to a medium size saucepan and simmer 20 minutes.

Add carrots and beans, simmer for 10 minutes.

Strain chicken and vegetables, reserving liquid.

Place chicken and vegetables in a food processor and add enough reserved liquid to make a moist, smooth consistency.
