Baby tummy time activity
Babies are continuously learning and making connections with the world around them. Tummy time is a great way to help baby develop his muscles and observatory skills.
Activity:
Lie your baby over a rolled up towel under his chest and watch as your baby looks around.
Place a toy or mirror in front of him so that he can look at himself and reach out whilst lying on his tummy.
Place your baby on his back and place a noisy toy at his feet. When he kicks his feet he is working his tummy muscles and having fun listening to the noise from the toy.
