Old crayons to new crayons
Kid's art and crafts can provide hours of fun for parents and children. Turning old crayons into new crayons will be fun and creative for your children. They will love to draw with their new crayons.
What you need:
- Baking pan
- Bits and pieces of old or broken crayons
Collect all the old and broken bits of crayons and place them in a baking pan.
Place the pan in a moderately slow oven and cook them for fifteen minutes or until melted. You will discover that all the colours will run into each other to create different colour combinations.
Remove them from the oven, and allow them to cool down in the pan.
When cooled, turn out and using a kitchen knife cut the crayons into pieces and you have new crayons.
