Velocity Music School is a music tuition service provider. We currently operate in 14 schools in the Christchurch area and at our private teaching facility located in the southwest of Christchurch. Currently we are offering lessons in Drums, Guitar and Piano.
Our studio's have sustained no damage in the earthquakes!
Our aim is to provide your child with quality, professional music lessons in which they develop their talent to their utmost best ability. All our lessons are hands on and contain elements of both theory and practical. All our teachers undertake scheduled assessments and progress reports to ensure your child is on track with their learning. Underpinning all our lessons is our belief that all students will learn at different speeds and with different learning styles.

Hey everyone, I have been learning Drums through Velocity Music School now for years on end! I think somewhere around 6 or 7 years and still every lesson is a new challenge! The professionalism of the tutors is amazing, and the desire that they have for their students to succeed is awesome! If anyone was to ask me where I would recommend they go for lessons Velocity Music School would definately be on the top of the list! Great tutoring at a great price! Can't go wrong!
