Veggie sticks with dip recipe
Peel and cut carrot into sticks. Wash cucumber and celery and cut into sticks.
Place in a small chilled lunchbox with the cream chees

- 1 mini tub of cream cheese
- ½ carrot
- ½ lebanese cucumber
- 1 stick celery
Method:
Peel and cut carrot into sticks. Wash cucumber and celery and cut into sticks.
Place in a small chilled lunchbox with the cream cheese.
Notes:
- I confess… my children would NEVER voluntarily eat this. Well, maybe a carrot stick on a good day.
- But I am led to believe that many children do enjoy this lovely healthy food. - may the Force be with you.
- Cream cheese is available in multipacks of minitubs, plain or flavoured.
- Substitute with hommus or your kids’ favourite dip.
