Ice cream cookie crunch recipe

Place 1/2 cup ice cream on flat side of one cookie. Make a sandwich by placing another cookie on top of the ice-cream. Roll sides

Ingredients:

  • 1 packet chocolate chip cookies
  • 3 cups vanilla or chocolate ice cream, slightly softened
  • mini chocolate chips

Method:

Place 1/2 cup ice cream on flat side of one cookie.

Make a sandwich by placing another cookie on top of the ice-cream.

Roll sides of sandwiches in chocolate chips.

Wrap tightly in plastic wrap & freeze for at least 1 hour before serving.

Sprinkles or Hundreds & Thousands can be used in place of choc chips to make a colourful treat!
