Fresh mango with raspberry yoghurt recipe
Egg free, Gluten free, Nut free
- 2 mangoes
- 1 cup vanilla yoghurt
- ¼ cup fresh raspberries
- Extra raspberries to serve
Slice the cheeks from the mango, score into slices lengthways and then cut the slices away from the skin. Arrange the slices in bowls. Warm the raspberries in the microwave for 10-15 seconds, mash with a fork and then stir through the yoghurt.
Serve the mango with the fresh raspberry yoghurt and extra raspberries. Summer dessert heaven.
- If the kids don’t like it, tough! All the more wonderful fruit for you. I guess you could give them the plain yoghurt.
