Bircher muesli recipe

This bircher muesli is breakfast in a bowl! Full of whole grains, dairy, dried fruit, nuts and fresh fruit



  • 500g natural muesli
  • 2 green apples, peeled and grated
  • 2 pears, peeled and grated
  • 1 cup (125g) sultanas
  • 1 cup (125g) raisins
  • 1/2 cup (50g) flaked almonds
  • 1/2 cup (50g) walnuts
  • 1 cup (100g) macadamias
  • 1L milk
  • 300ml cream, whipped


Combine all of the ingredients.

Refrigerate overnight.

Serve topped with your favourite fresh fruit.
