Frangipani cupcakes recipe
- 1 quantity of prepared basic cupcakes
- 1 quantity of prepared buttercream icing
- white marshmallows
- yellow food colouring
Tint the buttercream icing with the yellow food colouring to make a sunny yellow.
Generously coat each cupcake.
Cut marshmallows in half-way along the barrel side with scissors. Pinch each end to make petal shapes.
Arrange on the top of the cupcakes to form a flower.
Using a cotton bud, dip the end in the yellow food colouring and paint the marshmallows just on the flower centre ends so they have a blush of yellow in the centre.
- You can also paint them with pink food colouring if you want pink Frangipani's too.
