Peach Bellini recipe
- 2-3 white peaches
- Lindauer or sparkling white wine
Blanch 2-3 fresh white peaches in hot water, remove skins and stones.
Blend peaches and fill glasses to one-third with peach puree.
Carefully top with prosecco or sparkling white wine.
Bellini's are traditionally served in small tumblers, but a champagne glass is fine.
