Nutella and banana parcels recipe
- 2 sheets puff pastry, thawed
- 2 bananas, mashed
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- 8 tsp Nutella
- 2 tbsp milk
- icing sugar for dusting
Preheat oven to 180°C. Place a sheet of baking paper on a tray and set aside.
In a bowl, mash bananas and brown sugar.
Cut pastry into 4 squares.
Place tsp of Nutella in the centre of a square and add a tablespoon of the banana mix.
Fold the diagonal corners together and press the edges with a fork to create a seal.
Brush with milk.
Poke each triangle with a sharp knife to create a vent for the steam.
Bake for 20-25 mins.
Dust with sifted icing sugar.
- Be careful to let these cool for a while when they come out of the oven or you will burn your mouth.
- These are a very economical dessert and still taste great the next day. They are perfect picnic food.
