Apple juice recipe
This is a delicious apple juice recipe with no added sugar that is great for babies and toddlers. Find more on Kidspot New Zealand
- 6 apples, cored and chopped
- 6 cups water
Place apples and water in a saucepan and bring to the boil.
Simmer for 15-20 minutes.
Mash mixture with a potato masher in the saucepan.
Strain through a sieve and store in clean bottle in the refrigerator.
- This is a really flavour packed and pulpy concentrate. I would be diluting this by at least 50% with water.
