Watermelon pops recipe
- 1/8 whole fresh watermelon
- 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 3 tsp sugar, or honey
Cut the flesh from watermelon rind and remove the seeds.
Blend the flesh until its liquid (you should have approximately 4 cups of liquid). Stir in the lemon juice and sugar.
Pour into 150ml paper cups, leaving space at the top so they don't overflow. Stick a wooden popstick into each cup. Freeze for several hours.
To eat, just peel off paper cup. Yum!
