Bubble 'n Squeak Patties recipe
- 620g packet frozen Birds Eye Bubble 'n Squeak
- 1/2 cup drained pineapple pieces or crushed pineapple
- 1/4 cup grated cheese
- 1 tbsp finely chopped chives
Cook Birds Eye Bubble 'n Squeak following grill method instructions and cook for minutes on one side.
Top with a spoonful of pineapple and sprinkle with grated cheese and chives and continue cooking under grill for a further 5 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Tasty Bubble 'n Squeak patties make a great after school snack.
- Topping can be varied with tomato slices, bacon, avocade and cheese slices.
