  • 500g packet frozen Birds Eye Corn Fritters
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup drained crushed pineapple
  • 1/4 cup grated carrot
  • 1/4 cup grated tasty cheese
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 4 small oval pita breads

Method:

Cook 4 Birds Eye corn fritters following packet directions.

Place some salad onto a serving plate and top with a cooked corn fritter. 

Serve with pita bread.
