Vege Fingers with Lemon Sauce recipe
- 420g packet frozen Birds Eye Vegetable Fingers
- 2 tbsp water
- 2 tsp cornflour
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp light soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp brown sugar
- Selection of fresh vegetables
Cook with Birds Eye Vege Fingers following packet directions.
Blend water and cornflour together in a small saucepan. Add lemon juice, honey, soy sauce and sugar. Stir over a medium heat until thickened.
Serve with vegetable fingers with a selection of steamed fresh vegetables and lemon sauce for dipping.
