- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp sugar
- Grated nutmeg
Place all ingredients in a shaker and shake vigourously or you can blend in a blender.
Pour into a chilled glass and shake nutmeg on top.
This is something my Mum used to make for me if I had been sick and had no appetite.
