Cereal balls recipe
These cereal ball are little bombs of flavour. Full of muesli, raisins, honey and peanut butter, they are perfect for snacks and so healthy. Just don't tell the kids that!!
- 1 cup muesli
- 4 tbsp wheatgerm
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1-2 tbsp milk
- 1/2 cup dessicated coconut
In a food processor or blender, place the muesli and raisins and process for 30 seconds.
Add the honey and peanut butter and process for a further 30 seconds.
Test by rolling into a ball, if it doesn't stay together slowly add a tablespoon or two of milk until you are able to roll it it into a ball.
Roll in dessicated coconut. Keep in an airtight container.
- These cereal balls taste way better than the name suggests.
- You could add a little dried apricot for colour.
