Wheat thins recipe
- 3 cups rolled oats
- 2 cups wholemeal flour
- 1 cup wheatgerm
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup vegetable or canola oil
Preheat oven to 180°C.
In a bowl, mix all ingredients together except for salt.
Divide into two and roll each quantity on a sheet of baking paper.
Sprinkle salt over pastry and use a rolling pin to press salt in.
Use a pizza cutter to cut pastry into diamonds or squares.
Bake for 15 minutes or until golden.
