Gluten-free pizza dough recipe
This gluten-free pizza dough is simple and has few ingredients.Top it with your favourite ingredients.

Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 cups gluten-free pizza and pastry flour, sifted
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 sachet dried yeast
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup warm water
Method:
In a bowl, mix the flour, salt and yeast.
Make a well in the centre and pour in the water and oil. Stir until it forms a soft dough.
Turn out onto a floured surface and knead for 10 minutes or until the dough is smooth and elastic.
Place in a lightly oiled bowl and covered with cling film. Leave to prove in a warm place for at least one hour until it doubles in size.
Remove from bowl and knead again on a lightly floured bench.
Divide into two balls and roll into pizzas. Top with your favourite toppings and bake.
