Category:
Cakes & Baking, Cake stall, Chocolate, Cupcakes, Kids cooking, Kids foodIngredients:
- 1 quantity of prepared basic cupcakes
- 1 quantity of buttercream icing
- 2 tbsp of cocoa powder
- 1 pkt Crunchie bites
Method:
While the basic cupcakes are cooling make the buttercream icing and add sift the cocoa into the mix.
With a sharp knife chop the Crunchie up into large splintery shards.
Take a teaspoon and spoon some icing onto a cupcake and spread with the back of the spoon. Dip the cupcake face down into the shards.
Add another spoon of icing onto the top of the crumble and dip it into the shards again. Repeat until it's as high as you like.
Repeat with all of the cupcakes.
Notes
- You can add anything you like to the top of these like a Jaffas or sprinkles or even some Cachous. I just like them fresh and tall!
