Easy Pavlova recipe
- 1 ready-made Pavlova base
- 600ml thickened cream
- 2 bananas
- 2 mangoes
- 1 punnet raspberries
- 1 punnet blueberries
- 6 fresh passionfruit or 1 tin (170g) passionfruit pulp
- 1 tbsp icing sugar
Place the ready-made Pavlova on a serving plate.
Whip the cream until it forms stiff peaks and refrigerate until you are ready to serve.
Peel and slice the bananas. Peel and slice the mangoes.
Spread the cream over the base thickly.
Place the bananas and mango slices, alternately all around the edges and then use the rest for the centre.
Scatter the blueberries and raspberries over the top.Place spoonfuls of passionfruit pulp over the top evenly.
Sift the icing sugar over the top. Serve immediately.

- If I am taking this dessert to a friend's house, I always assemble it when I get there.
- You can change the combination of fruit on top. I also like bananas, kiwifruit and strawberries but this is combination I use for special occasions.
