Cheese & roast pumpkin sandwich recipe
Cheese & roast pumpkin sandwich, perfect for a nutritious boost in the lunchbox.
- 4 x roasted pumpkin slices
- 1/2 avocado sliced
- Lettuce leaves
- 1/2 cup shredded grated cheese
- 2 x slices sandwich bread
Mash avocado and spread over sandwich bread.
Add pumpkin and grated cheese and top with lettuce leaves and top with last slice of bread.
