Best-ever guacamole recipe
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1/4 red onion, minced
- Tabasco to taste
- lemon juice to taste
- salt to taste
Mash the avocados, stir in the minced red onion and Tabasco.
Add a few splashes of lemon juice and a few grinds of sea salt. Taste.
Add more lemon juice or sea salt until the desired level of guacamole nirvana is achieved.
Serve with a huge bowl of corn chips.
- Also delish with diced, seeded tomato and fresh coriander leaves stirred through.
- Stop left avocado going brown by leaving the stone in and covering with a damp piece of kitchen roll. Seal in a ziplock bag and store in the fridge.
