Brainy breakfast smoothie recipe
Here's a fabulously fruity smoothie recipe that's full of veggies too! Perfect to give the kids a healthy start to the day, this quick breakfast idea is packed with nutritional goodness that will keep them going til lunchtime!
2 - 4
- 2 bananas
- 1 stick celery
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 mandarin
- 1/4 lemon
- 1 orange
- 1/2 passion fruit
- 2-3 cups water
Peel bananas, orange and mandarin.
Chop celery and spinach. Juice lemon. Scoop out passion fruit pulp.
Add all ingredients to Vitamix and blend until smooth and creamy.
- You can make this in your regular blender if you don't have a Vitamix.
- Chill the fruit and make sure the water is iced if you want a more refreshing drink.
