Nut-free Trail Mix recipe
This nut-free trail mix packs a healthy punch with nutritious seeds and fruits you can combine and pack from your pantry.
- Sunflower seeds
- Dried cranberries
- Dried apricots
1. Simply chop and combine all ingredients.
2. You can add anything to this that your children like, just remember to avoid nuts if your school has a ‘Nut-Free Policy’.
3. Other things we like to add for variety include banana chips, dried pineapple, sultana buds or mini Weet-Bix from the cereal box, air-dried popcorn and dried mango.
