Sunshine breakfast smoothie recipe
This fruity smoothie uses a fruitbowl of fresh goodies to make a delicious drink. Perfect for breakfast but delicious at any time of day.
- 2 oranges, peeled
- 100g fresh pineapple
- 1 green apple, cut into quarters (use skin, seeds and stem in recipe)
- 1 banana, peeled
- 1 tbsp ground linseed (flaxseed)
- 1 tsp honey (optional)
- 3 tbsp natural yoghurt
- pinch of cinnamon
- 1 cup ice
Combine all the ingredients in a blender the order listed and secure lid.
Turn machine on and quickly increase speed to high. Blend for 30 seconds until combined and creamy.
Pour into glasses and enjoy.
