Apricot and macadamia bliss balls recipe

These are a really great snack for all ages but kids particularly! Keep a stash of them in the freezer for when you need to fill the kids up with something full of flavour, goodness and protein.

Serving Size:

Makes 12-15 balls



  • 300g dried apricots
  • 110g  toasted unsalted macadamias
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • pinch of cinnamon
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp golden syrup


Step 1. Gather all ingredients.

Step 2. Combine the apricots, nuts, oil, cinnamon, salt and syrup in a food processor or blender. Blitz until well combined.

Step 3. Roll one tablespoon of the mixture into a ball and set aside on a plate or tray lined with baking paper.

Step 4. Repeat with the rest of the mixture then place in the fridge or freezer to firm up. Keep in the former for one week and the latter for up to three months.
