Cheddar cheese crackers recipe
- 1/2 cup of butter
- 1 1/2 cups of plain flour
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 3 pinches of cayenne pepper
- 2 cups of cheddar cheese (optional)
Place all the ingredients into a food processor and process until combined.
Shape into 1 and 1/2 - 2 inch rolls and refrigerate for 30 to 60 minutes.
Slice each roll into slices about 1/4 inch thick.
Bake on baking paper for approx 10 minutes in a 180 degree oven.
