Flakey ice cream biscuit crunch recipe
- 2 pkt Arnotts Malt O'Milk biscuits
- 1 tin condensed milk
- 1 lge thickened cream
- 1 pkt chocolate flakes (cake decorating)
In a freezer proof dish place one layer of biscuits.
Beat condensed milk, cream and 1/2 pkt flakes together until thick (5 min).
Pour 1/2 cream mixture over biscuits, add another layer of biscuits, add rest of cream. Sprinkle with rest of flakes.
Freeze. Cut into small pieces, serve frozen.
