Bullying is a form of abuse which involves repeated acts to enforce one person's power over another -- yep, it's common, especially in schools but just because most parents endured it at some time in their lives doesn't mean it's normal. In fact, most schools now have strict policies to stamp it out and respond to parents' worries about their children being bullied. The problem is that most kids won't tell you what's going on, especially if the bullying is happening online.
