- 3 cups self raising flour
- pinch of salt
- 1 cup lemonade
- 1 cup fresh cream
- extra flour ( plain or self raising ) for kneading
Sift flour and salt together into bowl. Make a well in the centre of the flour, pour in cream and lemonade.
Stir with a knife until dough begins to form, then remove from bowl onto floured surface, and knead flour to a smooth dough form.
Roll dough out and cut out rounds, place on a greased baking tray and cook for 10-12 minutes at 200å¼C.
